Coronavirus Update from North Shore Shark Adventures
At North Shore Shark Adventures the safety, health, and wellbeing of our guests and crewmembers is our number one priority. We are very much open for business as usual and look forward to welcoming you aboard soon. There have been no reported cases of the virus in our operations. We are closely monitoring the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and World Health Organization’s (WHO) statements regarding the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases and following the guidelines from these agencies and the local health departments.
In addition to our standard cleaning measures, we have increased the frequency and focus of our cleaning procedures and elevated the cleaning and sanitizing frequencies of high touch areas such as handrails, seats, and other surfaces. Our masks and snorkels soak in a disinfectant soap solution and then receive an added soak in a bleach and water solution.
As the situation around novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility. We continue to honor our convenient cancellation policies and our staff is prepared to field your calls at (808) 228-5900. Should you need to adjust reservations made through another travel site, please contact them for assistance.
For up-to-date information, the Hawaii Tourism Authority has created a page that will provide any updates from either the CDC or the Health Department. You may visit it by clicking here.
Thank you for your continued patronage now and in the future!
Aloha, Joe Pavsek
