Health and Safety

At North Shore Shark Adventures, the health and safety of our visitors and team members has always been our number one priority. We are staying up to date with and following the latest CDC and local guidelines regarding Covid-19. Please click this link – https://www.oneoahu.org/ -to follow the latest Hawaii Covid-19 guidelines and information about travel to and within the Hawaii state.

We encourage everyone to bring their own snorkel equipment, but of course we will provide one for you if you do not bring your own. We recommend scrubbing the inside glass and silicone surfaces of new masks with toothpaste a couple of times before your tour. This will help prevent fogging that is common with new masks. The equipment provided on the tour is sanitized in between uses by soaking in a solution of bleach and detergent for at least 20 minutes.

Please stay home if you are sick! We understand nobody wants to miss out on their experience, but it is so important to the safety of our team and other passengers that if you feel any symptoms that could be COVID-19, you let us know so we can reschedule your tour. If anyone in your household has tested positive for COVID-19 or has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days, please let us know and we will reschedule your tour.

We will provide hand sanitizing stations throughout the vessel and at the check in kiosk. We are also taking extra measures to keep high touch areas on the boat sanitized. The use of face coverings at this time is optional.
